You do not need to be home for the season visits

  1. Book a free assessment

    Send us your address and we set a time to walk the lawn. The assessment takes about 20 minutes.

  2. Get a map of your yard and your price

    We walk the edges of your lawn and house with a digital measuring tool. As we walk, it draws your yard to scale. We price each program from that map. You keep a copy for your next sprinkler or sod project. You can choose a program then or take time to decide.

  3. Leave the season to us

    We text you the day before each visit. If you leave the gate unlocked, we can reach the back lawn while you are out. When we finish, we leave a flag and a visit record at the door.

All three lawn programs get six lawn visits a year and a soil test each September. Ultimate Lawn Shield includes the five perimeter visits. You can also book them on their own.

Each lawn program includes a soil test every September

We pull soil cores from across your lawn and send them to a soil lab. The lab reports soil texture, salts, pH (how acid or alkaline the soil is), phosphorus and potassium. Cache Valley soil is alkaline, and alkaline soil often locks up iron. The pH reading tells us how likely your soil is to lock up iron. Until your first test, we feed by grass type.

Each report can change your feed. We set the phosphorus and potassium in your winterizer and next spring's feed from the soil report.
You get a copy. The soil report comes with our note on any change to your feed.
We check compaction on the lawn. A compaction meter shows how packed your soil is.
